These Bruises Make for Better Conversation (Terrible Song)

Beat up that sponge! Tore little pieces out of

the sponge to make it more irregular.

Sketched out my little bruise shape

with my lip pencil. Brow pencil is MIA...

Added some red for the outline, fresh bruise stage.

Added depth by adding the darker red over top.

Added the deep purple to the middle 

"impact point".

Added yellow to show the bruise had aged.

It looks a lot more yellow here, but in person it 

was not as yellow!

Was I a little heavy handed? Yes.  Did I still manage

to scare some friends and family with the last photo?

Also yes.  So that is a win in my book!
